They were formerly known as Misanthropic Orchestra, they changed their name to Diabolical in 1998.
For their first gigs, Gothgorgon (Jonas Berndt) from Mörk Gryning helped them out, and on their latest European tour, Roger Bergsten from Hectorite and Psycho Poetry helped them out.

Participated on a compilation CD, that was released by X-treme Records, "From the Underground...". With the song "Demons (Inner War)".
"Diabolical appeared in the VOD Records compilation from 1998 called "Voices Of Death (Part II) - The Book Of Death" with the song "Natural Selection" taken from their 1997 demo.
