Вроде такой темы не встречал. Предлагаю обсудить ибо покрываюсь мурашами при прослушивании доброй половины из творчества данного коллектива. Без остановки готов слушать альбом Atlantis Ascendant и особенно песенку Star-Maps of the Ancient Cosmographers (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif) .

Battle Magic очень котирую, особенно песню с длиннющим названием, она там самая яркая. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dwarf-1.gif) Остальные альбомы не нравятся.

Мне нравится Battle Magic 1998. Десять лет назад собенно забавлял маршеобразный инструментал в середине альбома.
Остальные альбомы уже давно не слушаю, хотя 1999 и 1996 тоже не плохи в композиторском плане.
Очень меня раздражает в Бал-Сагот эта одинокая суетливая жидкая гитара и переизбыток оркестровок с противным синтетическим звуком. Так же, мерзкая манера игры ударника. Блевотное мультяшно-кислотное оформление всех дисков.
В принципе, талантливые мужики, но вкуса для аранжировок не хватает. Хотя, может быть это у меня вкус неправильный...

Отличная группа! Нравятся все вещи, которые слышал (1-й альбом и Battle Magik целиком, прочее выборочно), последние работы в большей степени.
Любимая песня - Callisto Rising. Давно не слушал, но тема сподвигла меня на возвращение к их творчеству.

Мне нравятся у них все альбомы, но "Лемурию" котирую повыше остальных. Оно помрачнее, потяжелее будет - все прочие же уже с изрядным привкусом глуми и Бэзила Полидуриса вперемешку.

Лучшая вещь у них - Power Cosmic, поскольку альбом из всей дискографии наиболее "собранный" и монолитный. На нём нет обычной зауми и излишних инструменталов с пространными названиями - короче самая рациональная пластинка.
Atlantis Ascendant ничего, особенно хороша песня про Starmaps.

когда то для меня это была культовая группа по многим параметрам, сейчас не включаю, может быть от того что больно помпезна... однако банду уважаю и советую послушать тем кто этого еще не сделал. Хотя бы для того чтобы составить впечатление. Однако сомневаюсь что их кто то не знает... может быть только новичок в металле (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif) ))

Дебютник когда то у меня вызвал бурю эмоций. На тот момент, а это был 96 год, ничего более эпичного и фундаментального не слышал. Ну в принципе и до сих по не услышал ))

А мне вот, при всей моей нелюбви к такой игрушечной музыке, первый альбом нравится (там, по-моему, даже элементы дэтха проскальзывают, чего на других альбомах нет... впрочем, нравится мне он не из-за этого). Последняя песня на нём сильная, действительно эпичная - Into the Silent Chambers of the Sapphirean Throne (Sagas From the Antediluvian Scrolls)
