Well... I don't want to fuck anybody but... This guy was an exapmle of Glam Metal Garbage. I really think this was a crapy thing and I download it only to listen and poke. I'll get it to know better how bad it was and then errase of my PC and tell everybody what kind of sheet is this.

херасе тут какие добрые люди отписались, прям мусором человека обозвали. Не знаю каковы моральные качества Баха, но то, что у него один из лучших в роке голосов, и что альбомы Skid Row от 89 и 91 входят в золотой фонда харда - факты для меня несомненные. Качаю обязательно

Придирка к стилю: ХМ 80х - очень растекающееся и невнятное определение (то ли как Iron Maiden, то ли как WASP?).
А уж конкретный альбом так и вообще страдает "растроением личности". Если взять заглавную песню (она же и первая на диске), Our Love Is A Lieили Stuck Inside, то все это мне напоминает дурно пахнущие эксперименты Осборна с нью-металом: характерное перегруженное звучание гитар, электронный "афтершок", "бормочущий" бас (будто взят у Soundgarden). Другая сторона - работа по старому профилю (You Don't Understand и далее, Falling Into You), где проявился своим визглявым голосом старый кореш и очередной столп того самого глэм-метала Axl Rose.
Нормальные интересные вещи начинаются с American Metalhead (далее - переход к Negative Light, Live & Die, By Your Side, Take You Down With Me): можно смело назвать это хэви-метал образца 2000-х: в наличии все необходимые ингредиенты типа тяжести, громкости, душераздирающего вокала и гитарных соляков. Но звучит это на современный лад - компактно, плотно, экономично, без лишнего пафоса.
Заключение. Интересна лишь часть материала: т.н. новый хэви (American Metalhead, Take You Down With Me и иже с ними), ну и дань прошлым временам в виде дуэта с Роузом (Back In The Saddle).

Проблемка у меня с этим сольником Севы... В свое время принялась слушать с большим энтузиазмом, но он у меня быстро увял.
У меня его голос так ассоциируется со Скидами, я просто не могу слушать его в других проектах. Как будто кожу сняли с любимого человека и напялили на чучело (IMG:style_emoticons/default/6.gif) Такой вот психологический барьер.
Я конечно буду еще пробовать слушать, но не факт что получится.
Но мне еще надо привыкнуть к последним альбомам самих Скидов, без Баха. Это у меня на очереди раньше было.
