В мэрии Екатеринбурга началась новая волна увольнений. Антон Шафаростов, накануне уволившийся с поста главы управления капитального строительства города, 15 июля был принят на работу замминистра строительства со срочным контрактом на год. Следом за ним в отставку намерены уйти начальник городского департамента образования Екатерина Сибирцева и председатель комитета благоустройства Тамара Благодаткова, утверждает источник «URA.RU» в мэрии города.

В региональном правительстве убеждены, что Антона Шафаростова заметили областные власти при подготовке материалов к февральскому заседанию Госсовета и переманили в министерство более выгодными условиями. «Причина простая — зарплата. У большого городского чиновника по сравнению с областным она на 50-100 тысяч рублей ниже, а на открытом рынке — и в два-три раза больше дать могут», — рассказал осведомленный источник в руководстве горадминистрации. Его коллега уточняет: «В мэрии убрали даже имевшиеся надбавки и премии, так что сотрудники отдельных направлений работают на минимальных зарплатах. Ощущение, что людей просто выдавливают».

Сфера строительства очень прибыльная и там много бабла вертится. Говорю это как человек, который общался с чиновниками из этой отрасли. А вообще госслужба госслужбе рознь в одной отрасли копейки получаешь, а другой приличные бабки.
