Продолжение предыдущей серии. Техничный убойный среднескоростной (но с заходами на территории спринтеров, как в Pain Killer) трэш образца команд района Залива (местами в голову приходят некоторые аналогии с работой Metallica того года), с четко отработавшей ритм-секцией и выразительным вокалом. Следует отметить пару сложных трэков, Monument (To Nothing) и The Righteous Ones, и удачно вписавшийся в общую музыкальную канву альбома кавер куиновской Sheer Heart Attack. Самые пробивные песни здесь - The Mighty Decibel и заглавная. Не так давно прикупил себе трехдисковое переиздание первых трех альбомов (плюс первая демка и концертный материал).
