VBR определяется средним значением.
В данном случае,в форме добавления релиза показывает ~ 202.Слишком уж вольно автор ставит средний битрейт релиза.
Для определения среднего значения VBR могу посоветовать EncSpot.В следующий раз к указанию битрейта будут более жёсткие требования
