Additional Notes
Originally split up in 1996. Reformed in 1999. Briefly broke up again from 2004 to 2005.
The band was called Amon Goeth (1995) by Nazgul's Eyrie Productions when they released the albums Call the Master (1996) and The Worship (1998). This was done to avoid being confused with other bands called Amon. Amon Goeth (Amon Göth) was a Nazi concentration camp-kommandant. He was executed for crimes against humanity. He is believed to have executed several thousands of people, and is said to have been very sadistic.
Amon never used Amon Goeth themselves. By the time The Worship was released, Amon (Goeth) had been broken up for nearly two years (the album itself was recorded in late 1995).
On January 24th 2001, Fana Medek and Mirek Sabata were killed in a car accident upon their return from the Exponent Studios, in Slovakia.
