"Now what I have here for you is a fucking rare item I think... This is a to date unknown demo /reh.tape from 1995 by frenchmen Vlad Tepes! I got it from a long-time trading pal last week, including a coverscan (thanx mate!!!), and it's definitely not identical with any of their known recordings! But as the Black Legions releases were more or less just given to their close friends back then (it is said), I don't wonder about it. It's also not listed on Metal Archives.
Well, I can imagine that this tape here could be kind of an insult to some people (soundwise - it's even worse than their "The Black Legions"-demo), but I've listened to Slayer-liverecordings that are worse but highly praised, so... Fans of the Black Legions stuff (as I am) will adore this anyway!
As said it's not identical with any of their demos - the songs featured here are known from other demos (except the intro named "Chaos"), but the vocals are different and the guitar-riffs are played with a more thrash-like feel to it and pretty much differ from all the versions I've heard so far. And I like it, totally aggressive & dark rage! Although it's sometimes hard to figure out the riffs... really fucking BAD sound, beware!"
