Далеко не лучшее из слышанного - порадовали только чистые вокалы, но я не верю, что они записывались в 24 дорожки. Хотите хорошей музыки такого рода из Англии - язычники Forefather и викинг Oakenshield вам в помощь.

) ...интересно, звук или что-то ещё изменилось? Сама же музыка, имею в виду версию 2008, понравилась - атмосферная героико-эпическая сага, с узнаваемыми отзвуками FOREFATHER, FALKENBACH и BATHORY, временами клинвойс/клавиши даже навевают ассоциации с норвежским FORLORN.

Одно и то же. Разнится только оформление. Но я лично в упор ничего интересного или цепляющего тут не вижу.

Да, верно... Просто не сразу вчитался как следует.
Рекомендую также FYRDSMAN 2010 - Forgotten Beneath The Soil (EP), пока единственный их релиз; это one-man проект, Tim Shaw - Vocals, All instruments and programming (ALESTORM, PREMITHON). Музыка в духе FOREFATHER (есть даже кавер на их Natural Chaos), но блэковее.

По теме - жаль, я надеялся, что Bloodbrothers ремастируют. Потому что сама музыка понравилась (не ввела в восторг, но всё же...) А вот по поводу чего закрыл ~~забрало железной рукавицей~~ лицо ладонью - так это именно звук.

Вот Fyrdsman не слышал. Знаю, что такая группа есть, но до них не добрался ещё.
А о Sleipnir, если они хорошо запишут будущий альбом, можно будет и поговорить, да.

This lossless is not possible to separate the tracks because the file only and full scan covers has the music. Normally separated in Medieval CUE Splitter CUE files supported, xmcd and Cue

@ LordOfMetal - there's just no .cue included with the FLAC posted in the second message. That doesn't automatically mean the (lossless) rip is bad.

Also, self-financed records like this one are all too often recorded with crappy recording gear, making the spectra (correct plural forms ftw =P) look like lossy source-files pressed to disc.

Also, if you for instance check Mеnegarm's latest CD, you'll notice it has exactly the same problem as this: either a poor recording or a poor mastering/mixing job.
It would be great if we could get a lossless rip with .cue inclued, but my personal guess is there's nothing wrong with the rip itself.

Just my 2 cents.
