Is is listed neither on Metal Archives nor on DisCogs nor on the band's home page.

(The two tracks already appeared in their self-titled 2009 LP even though the second track is not acoustic as it is on this EP): Scar For Life - Scar For Life (2009):

Also, the second track may have been taken from the 2010 'Live and Acoustic' album, which is not available on the forum???
