Extended info

Originally released as a double vinyl and features the recording of Root's May 2001 performance at the 2 Heavy 4 You Open Air festival in Falkenberg, Sweden (the band's first-ever visit to Scandinavia) and was recorded "with all mistakes and technical problems like cracked strings etc.". It was limited to 500 copies and contains a poster of the band. The album was then made available on CD in 2008 via the group's indie label Lava Productions.
This is vinyl-rip from my own disc. Vinyl version not incl. song The Book(16).

"Long running Czech Republic based dark metal act Root has announced an upcoming 9th full-length album, which will be titled 'Heritage of Satan.' The new album is currently slated for release this coming Autumn through Agonia Records. Root has also announced three special guests who lent their talents while recording the album: Erik Danielsson (Watain), Rune Blasphemer (ex-Mayhem, Ava Inferi, Aura Noir) and Nergal (Behemoth). Vocalists Erik and Nergal provide their vocals on two of the albums' tracks, while one song is decorated with Blasphemer's northern guitar melodies."

В записи альбома в качестве гостей участвовали: Erik Danielsson (WATAIN), Rune "Blasphemer" Eriksen (ex-MAYHEM, AVA INFERI, AURA NOIR) и Adam "Nergal" Darski (BEHEMOTH). Кстати, нашел таки в сети лося с данного альбома на CD, и что-то мне кажется, что со звуком там уж очень намудрили, и в не лучшую сторону - средние частоты аж до свиста зашкаливают, имхо
