Why aren`t you make an info that your "Grestest Hits" uploads are only self-made ones? If i prelisten to an album than i will have the info if i can buy it. No "Greatest Hits" upload from you has any info if it`s in a shop and if someone (or i) can buy it, neither there is no info about it in the web (not in the "Metal Encyclopaedia" and not on the band sites).

You should write an info about it, because i don`t wanna blame me for asking about one of these albums in my shop, if i will buy it. And by the way, in this point...no info is a failure info.

Most likely it is some pirate's team work - recently about 10 "best of"s appered from different bands. It is at least suspicious

I can only agree with Klangfarben.
What's the point in compiling your own "Best of" and then providing it here like it's a regular album?

This site goes all downhill with fake albums, webrips and transcodes. It wouldn't be half of a problem if you guys would add correct information about the release you're offering. Just put up a small text like "This is a webrip i've taken from facebook/youtube/myspace/bandcamp" or "This is a straight 320kbps CD rip done by myself / This is a 320kbps rip converted from lossless". Have the balls to say you've found album xyz on the internet and it's not your own rip. I'm honestly fed up of downloading albums without proper info from here.

Go back to the roots people and start caring about quality again not quantity. Buy the CD and rip it yourself or let scene groups provide quality releases. And stop ripping everything from facebook/youtube/myspace/bandcamp. Those streamings are at a very low bitrate and there's absolutely no point in transcoding it to 320kbps as the quality does NOT increase.

And last but not least: In this form, when it`s like an orginal album rip, it can get really fast problems with copy rights. That`s why i said, give an info. Because this can go as far as closing this site or maybe spying from some especially people. I don`t want to get closed Metalarea, because since years it`s a trustworthy site for pre-listening and get a good choose before buying.

So better be careful with things like that, it can get very fast wrong.

@zYkL0n: I can`t say how often i get angry because of false tagging. Every 2nd album i have to re-tag it, because of grammar failures or wrong names for wrong titles or thousands of infos in an MP3, which are totally uninterresting. I mean what is the meaning behind making 20 tags per MP3 if every other people can erase it. Sometimes lesser is more and quality over quantity would this site give a huge progress, compared to other sites (since uploading here an album let it spread in minutes in the complete WWW).
