CARTEL CARNAGE is born from the meeting of two musical worlds: metal and improvised music. It mixes a contemporary melodic writing and large sharp metal riffs, with the spontaneity and richness of free improvisation.
This group is a side project of musicians mainly in navigating the world of jazz and improvised music. It is also a return to the source of some music that inspired them early in their musical journey, such as Naked City, Fantomas, Meshuggah, Pantera, Prong, Magma, Mr Bungle ...
"INCORPORATED" the output of the second disc is scheduled for March 2012 on the label GREAT WINDS.
