Rabensumpf was founded by Nimoduc in 2009.
First, the project played more Pagan Black Metal, which changed in 2011.
After a split - release over "Talheim Records" with another one man project called Bergtroll, Nimoduc produced his first Demo "Auf der Suche nach dem alten Weg" in the middle of 2010.
At the beginning of the following year, an EP called "Heimkehr aus der Schlacht" was made by "Der neue Weg - Promotion & Production".

A tape with the name "Nordseele" will soon come out (again over Talheim Records). Also Rabensumpf is working on a 4 - way - split with Winterblood, Stories of a dark Soul and Albnacht.
