(2nd demo)
1st -> Psychosis - Trichotillomania [demo] (1990)
Psychosis from Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Not to be confused with :
Death Metal band Psychosis from Keyport, New Jersey,
Thrash Metal band Psychosis from Los Angeles, California,
Thrash Metal band Psychosis from Nashua, New Hampshire.
Notes:
Knarf's unfinished Symphony came about because every time Knarf was working on a song, we would ask "where's it
at?" and his reply was it's not finished yet. So we would reply what the fuck you writing, a symphony? Now
you're in on the joke. Only the 1st and 2nd go together with the never finished 6th to complete the
Nightmare Suicide Symphony. But Knarf never finished it. No joke. The 3rd movement, "Death Machine", was written
about a roady's fat girlfriend who thought she was the hottest, smartest bitch in charge. She wasn't.
We wrote "Misguided Lover" about her, too. If you listen to this track closely you can hear our tribute to
Robin Trower in the riffs...we listened to him a lot at that point. Slow the riff down, it's really there.
"Remeniscence (Violent Dreams)", my Dad was in Vietnam and I have vivid memories of being awoken by his
violent nightmares and the stories he told .... "Aftermath", typical nuclear war stuff. "Privacy Monsters" is about
the guests from hell that would not leave..."Your Love, My Death", our guitar player's former girlfriend
(breakup subject of "Fluffy Bunny Boo") was being beaten by her new husband..."No Simple Answer" was put together
and played for the 1st time this day. The vocal line had not yet been written... and never recorded either.
"Revenge" was still a work in progress and sung for the first time on this night... The slow vocal became
a 3 part interplay between myself, Knarf and Animal - CuzinLox could not sing... "What's Wrong With this
Picture?" was Knarf's way of telling his mom he was fuckin' 21, damn it..."Unspoken Ethics" was wrote after
CuzinLox went to a party and heard some guy complainig about how much it cost to live his lavish life style
so please don't complain to him about the poor.
And Thats all I got to say About That.
