Full demo was supposed to be four tracks ("Nocturnal Creation" is missing here), Metal Archives tracklisting is incorrect and for this version with last track divided in two. Perhaps the "label" that released it did an incomplete version? A remastered version of "Nocturnal Creation" was recently released on Runemagick bandcamp.
