This is a really nice cover artwork, one of the nicest I ever saw in death metal.
It looks like human insides but it's a graveyard which makes sense because we, humans, and our cells, parts of us, are dying every moment.

The music is too fast and aggressive for me personally, and every song sounds the same.

Which subgenre of death metal would this be considered as? Technical brutal death metal?
