Не понимаю как можно умудриться вырезать частоты от 10кГц до 12кГц.

Может у кого есть с нормальным рипом?

It is aliasing, in its worst form.
the original sampling frequency was 22.05 kHz. (bw limited to 10 kHz)

upper frequencies, after the "spectral gap" is mirroring of the lower frequencies, due to a fucking necro mystery -> myspace player recorded live with 44.1 kHz sampling rate.
