One of you users has posted a link to download our yet unreleased new album Under Satanae, scheduled to be out in the 12th of October. This is a clear abuse of our intellectual property rights and an infrigement of the laws protecting our rights and the right of our label SPV/Steamhammer and publisher SONY/ATV/DIRECTION. I have already contacted our lawyers and we demand IMMEDIATE ACTION for you to erase this link and this particular content of your server. Otherwise we will have to take URGENT legal action against your service. The same goes for all the other Moonspell published or unreleased material that an easy search in your site will let you find out the gravity of this situation.
