"PERCEPTOR was born after Andrex and Christian left their previous band due to the huge ammount of faggotry and drama generated by the other band members. The name for this new project came after watching a Transformers G1 marathon while under the influence of heavy solvents... and the rest is already history. After struggling with the constant cycle of people entering and leaving the band unexpectedly (most probably because of the same noxious solvents) they managed to record a demo, true to their own way of letting themselves be influenced by several metal styles but at the same time trying not to emulate anyone. Living in a city where everybody and their dogs played Black and/or Heavy Metal gave them the motivation to try their hands at something a bit different, under the motto "mosh 'till our necks snap'"
