Influenced largely by early crust and hardcore, Intestinal Disease plays a style of grindcore / mincecore - as well as hints of noisecore, in their earlier days - that compares to that of their peers - Agathocles, Rot (Brazil), etc - but displays a sound that is also very much in touch with their punk roots - in much a similar fashion to the style Violent Headache (Spain).
Having released a number of well received 7” EPs, LPs and Split 7” LPs / EPs - with such notable bands as Rot (Brazil), Violent Headache (Spain), Carcass Grinder (Japan), Thinkshit (Canada), and Cornucopia (Belgium) - Intestinal Disease are considered somewhat legendary in the grindcore underground, and are still going strong today.
