The Sound of Music is an album by NSK industrial group Laibach. The album is a reinterpretation of the soundtrack of the musical of the same name.

Songs 1-8 were written by Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II.
Songs 9 and 10 are Korean folk songs.
Song 10 is a welcome note given by the group to the group upon joining Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Ryu, Chairman of the Cultural Exchange Committee with foreign countries.

В свое время они неплохо многие чужие произведения переосмысливали. Гимны стран Европы, песни Queen, Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, целый альбом the Beatles...

Судя по обложке концерт в северной корее дал свои результаты. Всегда относился к ним прохладно, но в очередной раз захотелось понять почему от них так много людей в восторге прибывают. Осилил 3 первых трека, затем пощёлкал по другим и удалил.
