However, I've just noticed on setlist.fm that "Quart Fest." was made in 2001, not 2004...

Honestly, I have no idea. I just took the info from that Discogs comment, though I could have guessed myself he might be wrong about it too, since this boot was advertized by Neseblod as being released by Maniac and not by Necrobutcher, if I recall correctly. The Kristiansand bit is correct though, since Maniac addresses the audience as such during the gig.

It would be nice to see these before the show in October
