This is a 320 Kbps Rip from the Original CD, believe it or not. You can also buy the CD and check it for yourself.
The Songs are from very old and low Quality Recording Sessions. So dont Expect any higher Quality Source than this.

Tracks 1 to 5 are a previously unreleased studio session from January 2000.
Tracks 6 to 8 are a complete 1997 studio session.
Tracks 6 and 7 were originally released on the split 7" with Absurd.
Track 8 is previously unreleased.
Tracks 9, 11 and 17 are Rehearsal 1.
Tracks 10 and 18 are Demo 2.
Tracks 12-15 are Demo 1.
Track 16 is Rehearsal 2.
