This did not go to the new release section: "Here go releases which can't go to New releases forums due lack of information, stolen links or incorrect data and just founded in other sites links with minimum info. Reissue of this releases through Add release form with added/corrected data, info and own links highly welcomed."

Can someone please tell me exactly what information is missing that caused this to come here instead of the new release section? I tried to be very thorough and do not know what is wrong. Thank you.
