does anyone else have problem downloading from Rapidshare recently?

for me it downloads for a few seconds, then nothing downloads for a some time, then again starts downloading, then pause again and so on ........

Yes, I'm having a similar problem with RS today.

I keep getting this message:

Error
You want to download the following file:

http://rapidshare.com/files/(name of file).rar

Please try again in 2 minutes. If you do not want to wait, become premium member...blah blah

Perhaps they are going to start fucking over free users...
