however, what is not clear to me is: can i submit a Lossless rip of an album that is already in the mp3 section ?

If album is in Lower 192 section, you can add new by pushing *add release* on the start page, if in New releases or Archieve section, you can add you links in the reply

better is to write to the moderator of release section

original upload from 2007 is in 192 so i assume i shall add the links to that topic ... seems like it kills the purpose of the lossless section though
