Extended info
The first studio album of the now legendary, mythical "Colour Haze"!!
Bass, Didjeridoo - Christian Wiesner
Guitar, Voice - Stefan Koglek
Live Sound - Marco Naumann
Percussions - Tim Höfer
Macro-Review by jowcol:
Chopping Machine is very much more like doomy-mathrock. It is a lot more complex and daring than anything else by CH. It doesn't have the meditational vibe at all, but is easily their most confrontational and challenging album. I mean that as a compliment. Much of the direction CH has taken since has been one of simplifcation and the creation of a more hypnotic groove. Tim Höfer (Uggh) was in the band then, and you get some of the brainy acrobatics from him.
