Да не может быть

Судя по сэмплу, отвратительно. Ничего общего с GK не имеет.

В общем послушал... Не хочу сказать, что отвратительно, но команда дико ударилась в death-риффы. Ну...В общем мы имеем типичный behemoth like style. Слушать можно но... Все это отдает отвратительным рафинированным Nile-стаффом, так что не буду делать скидку за Заслуги. 2 из 5

Мне кажется, что история этой банды закончилась много лет назад, но все равно спасибо за релиз. В данном случае, я не жду музыкальных свершений, но так или иначе, в любом случае это вызывает интерес. Даже при условии того, что конечный результат после прослушивания, может быть негативным.

Блин, так обрадовался, а потом комменты прочел...

Personally, I was never a big fan of Gontyna Kry even though I love Polish BM.
I tried listening to their entire discography many times, gave the band many chances over and over again. Each time my reaction was "meh, overrated".

When I got this rip, I wasn't even aware Gontyna Kry had released another album after such a long time so - naturally, I was pretty surprised, excited but still, didn't expect much.
I listened to the album and I don't think it is bad and I don't think it's good either. I think it's just average and unoriginal.

There's one thing which bothered me the most on this album, and that's - vocals. I found them very soulless, lacking in honesty and energy and emotion. I think perhaps the album (for me) would be more enjoyable without those "bad" vocals.

All in all, I will still, of course, stay interested in Polish BM scene, and I will still continue enjoying music Polish BM folk had recorded in the 90s because that's most interesting and most original (not just for pagan/black but for death or doom as well).
But, when it comes to this album - I would not purchase the original as there are so many other bands that are more "worthy" of spending money on.

Sometimes I honestly can't help but wonder - "how is it that, in the sea of amazing old Polish BM bands, Gontyna Kry managed to make a name for themselves?". I really still don't know the answer to that.

All I know is that - tastes differ, someone likes one thing, someone else finds it bad and crappy. For me - there's an ocean of better Polish BM bands (Egaheer, Thunder, Empiria, TTF/Dead Christ Commune scene, Moon, Ecclesia Satani, Mastiphal, Venedae, Capri Sancti/Vim Patior and too many others to mention). I just keep enjoying these band's work way more than most of these new releases from Polish bands (including Gontyna Kry, and also including new Darkstorm which was - to me - a disappointment).

They happened to be around in late 90s when the older scene was gone, and were viewed as a sort of spiritual successors to TTF. Same with Kataxu and older Thunderbolt.

Совершенно не понравилось.

А вот и разочарование подъехало. Они мне нравились своим ранним творчеством, Welowie один из лучших польских NSBM альбомов конца 90ых. Здесь же как будто слушаешь совсем другую группу и не самую лучшую если быть откровенным. Очень сильно отдает тем коммерчески ориентированным black/death который любят издавать в больших количествах мажорные лэйблы. Дослушал до конца и осталось очень противное впечатление. Лучше бы у них все на "Аристократии Духа" закончилось. Этот альбом банальная коммерческая пустышка.

ну да. так часто бывает. выпускает старая группа альбом в старом ключе- псевдофаны и типазнатоки орут - ааа.. самоплагиат,караул! а выпустит в другом ключе- те же люди ноют- ааа, говно, лучше бы в старом ключе...)

Очень понравился альбом! Напоминает Kataxu и Behemoth конца 90-х

А еще бывает, как в известной поговорке про уринацию и божью росу.
