Tracks 1 to 5 are a previously unreleased studio session from January 2000. Tracks 6 to 8 are a complete 1997 studio session. Tracks 6 and 7 were originally released on the split 7" with Absurd. Track 8 is previously unreleased. Tracks 9, 11 and 17 are Rehearsal 1. Tracks 10 and 18 are Demo 2. Tracks 12-15 are Demo 1. Track 16 is Rehearsal 2. Proof: Register
