Народ , а кто какое блюдо любит ? Лично я борщ (с болгарским перцем, но без сала) , винегрет , домашние пельмени , да много можно перечислять

У меня есть нехорошая привычка - если рядом с компом что-то лежит и это что-то есть чем запивать - этого всего скоро не будет. Так идет даже черный хлеб. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/crazy.gif)

желудочный сок разбавляеш ьи смываешь ферменты. Пить надо за 10 мин до еды а потом уже, когда перевариццо

а кто не может, то это некоторые нарушения уже слюновыделения и надо всякий хлеб из рациона исключить, например. Я вот тож не мог, когда хлеб перестал есть, сразу стало не нужно запивать (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif)
