Думаю одна из лучших групп в этом стиле, на ряду с "Dark Tranquillity" и "At The Gates", радует их нее творчество по сей день, хотя последние альбомы уже не то что было ранее - увы. Голосую за первых два альбома.

Читаю щас нахваливание SoPF и обсирание SoP и с улыбкой вспоминаю те самые треды, в которых эти альбомы засветились. Отзывы были, мягко говоря, обратными (хотя нет, обсирали и то и то (IMG:style_emoticons/default/15.gif) ). Sound of Playground Fading хороший альбом, на нем есть хиты, но в них слышны знакомые по другим песням фрагменты, и создается ощущение какой-то незаконченности. Их не хочется переслушивать нон-стоп, как ту же Mirror's Truth, Move through me, I am the highway, Delight and Anger или Chosen Pessimist. Да я с закрытыми глазами назову все песни с альбома 2008 года. В альбоме 2011 года пробелы все же найдутся. Да и в плане драйва и разнообразия материала Sense of Purpose, на мой взгляд, немного лучше. Не хочу говорить что-то типа "да кроме х, y, z песен на 2011 года альбоме ничего нет или один проходняк",потому что это далеко не так. Но как-то обсирать любой из этих альбомов, мол вобще говно... ну извините (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif)

У меня абсолютно другая ситуация. Практически полярная. Когда вышел ASOP, мне показалось, что он гораздо лучше предыдущего, Саундтреков, на котором, буду честен, есть 4 убойный хита и много дряни. Но шло время, и альбом 2008 все не слушался и не слушался, и уж тем более не переслушивался. Хорошо, если я его хотя бы три раза прогнал. А вот SOAPF полюбился сразу и всерьёз. New Dawn ответственно заношу в золотой фонд группы.

Новый альбом будет называться "Siren Charms" и выйдет в сентябре 2014.

Дзыдата: На прошлой неделе In Flames приняли решение вернуть в состав группы гитариста Jesper Stromblad после того, как он выступил в роли сессионного гитариста на The Rave/Eagles Club, Milwaukee, WI, US, 18 марта.

Со слов Anders Friden:
"Мы провели несколько репетиций с Джеспером, который заменил на время отсутствия Niclas Engelin. Черт, мы вспомнили тот самый звук! Как это круто было раньше! Мы совсем ушли от первоначальной идеи в угоду лейблу и молодым фанатам...
