Всем доброго времени суток! Недавно понял, что просто фонтанирую от сакософонного звука и сразу пустился в поиски металл банд/композиций/релизов с этим замечательным инструментом (параллельни с джазовыми поисками, разумеется)).
Интересует саксофон в основном в экстримальных жанрах, но также буду признателен за любые другие ссылки и рекомендации!

В качестве примера таких композиций моя последняя находка: Mourning Sun – Spirals Unseen

у итальянского Karnak что-то было и у словаков Wayd - глянь в отзывах, я обычно пишу про саксофон, если он есть...
а вообще таких работ не мало - музыканты сакс любят

Аморфис-2001. Там в двух или трех песнях саксофон.

У Исана на 2010-м, то ли в открывашке, то ли во второй песне саксофон.

Ещё есть такая венгерская блек-металлическая группа Sear Bliss

но там не саксофон, а тромбон. Не знаю, подойдёт ли.

Во-первых, у Исана Jшrgen Munkeby на двух альбомах играл и на выходящем новом альбоме вроде бы тоже, во-вторых, раз о нем речь зашла, можно и Shining помянуть, хотя, как по мне, то гадость редкая, равно как и Jaga Jazzist.
А вообще, не понятно о каких
ЦИТАТА
экстримальных жанрах
идет речь. Вот Mr. Bungle, к примеру, подходят? А Naked City?

Вообще мимо для меня. У Ларса Хорнвета первый сольник нравился. Такой поп-джаз для модников, но с приятными мелодиями.
