Enjoy this stunning audiophile CD reproduced by the Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab from the original Master tapes, it just does NOT get any better then this, pure bliss. ======================== A note to the moderators; The Audio Parameters used to calculate the lenght (Time) of the album is causing problems on this flac release. It's is calculating a very low bitrate for this flac of 502kbps, when in fact the release has an average bitrate of 813Kbps with a running time of 1:01:40. Not sure why it's doing that. С этой работы начинается новый этап творчества группы, в котором Арт серьезно перевешивает Рок.
Здесь есть несколько сравнительно слабых вещей... Тем не менее, трэки 1, 3, 5, 8 не позволяют мне ругать этот альбом. 8-/10 |

Здесь группа продолжила свой так называемый "джаз" - обращение к другим стилям: фанк в Another One Bites The Dust, элементы госпел в Save Me, ранний рок-н-ролл в Need Your Loving Tonight, традиционная баллада в Rock It (Prime Jive) и Sail Away Sweet Sister; при этом давая их достаточно дозированно и не забывая про настоящий рок. Именно на этом альбоме очень выгодно звучит бас-гитара Дикона (упоминавшаяся ранее Another One Bites The Dust или Dragon Attack), при этом много работы и у Мэя. По количеству коммерчеси успешных и просто запоминающихся песен (Play The Game, Another One Bites The Dust, Crazy Little Thing Called Love, Save Me) альбом даст практически любому другому 100 очков вперед. Ну а к слабым (относительно) я бы отнес Don't Try Suicide и Coming Soon. |

А то все бы тебе поспорить. Что касается хитов - то я имею в виду синглы, а не песни, которые нравятся тебе или кому-то другому. Можешь сам посчитать, сколько песен с этого альбома на сборнике 1981 Greatest Hits I, а сколько - с других релизов. Мне кажется, что такая арифметика более доступна. |
