Ну, во-первых, пояснять тут особо-то и нечего. Идея заключается в создании галереи олдскульного дэтового артворка, поскольку множество работ в этом направлении представляют из себя настоящие произведения искусства. Интерес в данном случае представляют черно-белые иллюстрации хоррор-тематики (зомби, монстры и т.д.).
Во-вторых, комментарии писать не хочется, чтобы не давать различным клоунам и троллям почву для разведения здесь "базар-вокзала" . Поэтому предполагается размещение в теме исключительно графического материала.

Эт точно! Такие картиночки как нельзя лучше передают атмосферу олдскульного дэта: мрак, страх и тлен. Если их начинают раскрашивать, то впечатления от прослушивания альбома совершенно другие складываются. Для подвальной старошкольной дэтухи только такие облоги должны быть.)))

Риддик Марк родился в Bossier Сити, штат Луизиана в 1976 году и вырос в Северной Вирджинии. Марк получил степень бакалавра искусств в колледже Гринсборо в Северной Каролине. Риддик хорошо известный иллюстратор и художник - график для дэт и блэк металлической музыки.

Mark Riddick has been a fanatic of heavy metal music since 1986. Riddick began his career as a freelance illustrator for the heavy metal music scene in 1991 when he started illustrating demo cassette covers, 7” record covers, and filler artwork for cut & paste underground death metal and black metal fanzines, bands, and record labels. By the mid-90s Riddick had gained credibility as the ‘go-to’ artist for underground extreme metal bands in the United States and overseas. In 1998, Riddick earned his undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from Greensboro College in North Carolina. Since finishing college, Riddick has pursued his freelance career by continuing to illustrate for underground metal bands and mainstream metal bands alike. His grotesque talent has also been solicited by other media outlets such as the Cartoon Network/Adult Swim’s notorious television series, “Metalocalypse,” as well as the Travel Channel’s “Ghost Adventures” series. Some of Riddick’s most visible illustrations for the heavy metal scene have appeared on merchandise for such bands as ABIGAIL WILLIAMS, ARSIS, BENEATH THE MASSACRE, DYING FETUS, GRAVE, HYPOCRISY, KATAKLYSM, PSYCROPTIC, SUICIDE SILENCE, THE FACELESS, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD, and TRIVIUM.
