The release date is August 27. Hey, you there in US should know better what are the differences between emocore and real nu-metal!
I live in the land of emocore. This land is infested with and has bred the epitome of all the "core" genres along with 8th grade looking kids claiming they are metal!
Sonic Syndicate, despite being from Sweden, fits the bill quite well with their American counterparts. As well as being a disgrace to Sweden itself.

Their mix of melodic death, metalcore and electronic elements, being first modern melodic death, then just modern metal, was far from either typical American metalcore or typical American emocore. It was pretty unique on every album, I'd say.

I would say only about .00000000000000000000001% finds it unique. They were promising....with their first album "Eden Fire" they exploded onto the scene. What ever happened from there.....I do not know. They were unique on their first. Now they've become typical of what you might see in junior high kids skateboarding down the sidewalks...with their tight jeans and t-shirts with a bunch of ridiculous looking makeup and clothing atypical and akin to saying...."Look at me, I'm awesome..EMO RULES"!11111

InSilence I don't mean they're unique NOW, with this single. But they WERE, and with 2nd and 3rd albums. And last thing I care about is how they look like.

Blood13, ну, почему скатились. В таком виде, как на сингле, мне они стали казаться менее "мутными" в творческом плане (по сравнению с тем же третьим альбомом), кстати говоря.
Не будет сюрпризом, если Sonic Sydicate поедут с Britney Spears в мировое турне.
Не, лучше с Backstreet Boys

Как новый сингл был типичным ню металом, так новое видео - обычный такой альт. рок, совершенно ничем не выделяющийся. Приятно звучит, но это можно послушать у десятков других групп. Если весь альбом будет крутиться где-то вокруг этих направлений, это будет означать, что группа совершенно потеряла свой стиль. Апокалиптика вон туда же на своём новом сингле (правда, там есть хотя бы надежда, что альбом таким не будет). Неприятно думать, что это всё связано с уходом Роланда.
